This no-bake Mint Oreo Bark combines crunchy mint Oreos, creamy white chocolate, and peppermint flavor for a festive, easy-to-make dessert perfect for the holidays or last-minute entertaining.
Ingredients
Main Components:
- 24 mint-flavored Oreo cookies
- 16 oz white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (2–3 drops, optional)
For Extra Indulgence:
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Crush mint Oreos in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin. Leave some chunky pieces for texture.
3. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Once melted, stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
4. Fold in crushed Oreos and mix to coat.
5. Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet using a spatula.
6. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes, mini chocolate chips, and sea salt.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
