Description
These Shamrock Pretzel Pops combine salty crunch and sweet chocolate in a festive green treat perfect for St. Patrick’s Day parties, gifts, or school snacks. Fast, fun, and crowd-pleasing!
Ingredients
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- Green food coloring (gel recommended)
- 1/2 cup green sprinkles
- 24 lollipop sticks or cake pop sticks
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set out all ingredients and tools.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Add green food coloring one drop at a time, stirring until you reach your desired shamrock shade.
4. Dip one end of each lollipop stick into melted chocolate, then attach 3-4 pretzels in a shamrock shape. Let set slightly.
5. Dip each pretzel cluster into green chocolate, letting excess drip off. Immediately coat with sprinkles.
6. Place on parchment to set at room temperature (10 minutes) or in the fridge (5 minutes).
7. Store in airtight container at room temp up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
