These St. Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Dipped Oreos are festive, no-bake treats made with Oreo cookies dipped in green-tinted white chocolate and topped with sprinkles. Perfect for parties, gifts, or last-minute desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 package (14.3 oz) Original Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 12 oz high-quality white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable shortening
- Green gel food coloring
- Green sprinkles, shamrock-shaped candies, or edible glitter
- Optional: Orange food coloring
Instructions
1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
2. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each.
3. Once smooth, stir in green gel food coloring until desired color is achieved.
4. Dip each Oreo in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
5. Place dipped cookies on prepared sheets and decorate immediately.
6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
